Thanks to all the people who have decided to like my page! I thought I would give you a bit of background on how i got here (and hopefully won't bore you to death)I have been a WW2 reenactor and living history member since 2014, portraying a paratrooper of the US 101st Airborne. Recently, I have made the jump (pun intended!) to the British 6th Airborne in WW2. To begin with, I will be focusing on the Normandy campaign, with the idea to progress to both the Ardennes Offensive and the Rhine crossing.Being a British Army Veteran myself - all be it from an armoured regiment - it feels like coming home for me in lots of ways. Although to start with i will be attending 1940s themed events as day-players (so-called Walk-ons), I intend to have my own display up and running for the new reenactment season in 2020, portraying several different units from this famous British Division. So, come along with me (and friends) as we start a new path on our journey, learning new things along the way and keeping the stories, and history alive. Cheers!
