Info from Susan -

We've been working a lot on WW1 in Cornwall over the past few years - and most recently had an exhibition at Heartlands, Pool.

As the anniversary of the end of WW2 is approaching, we've booked Heartlands again for May 2020.

I was wondering if you might be interested in becoming involved in some way during the month?  We are just starting to work on this, so anything is possible!
Please do give me a call or email.

many thanks

best wishes

Susan

The lottery funding bid has failed - we need to re-think.

tis a shame - oral history is ok but quite boring for the youngsters when compared to a battle! To be honest I am sure most of us are happy to use our own ammo as we normally do this anyway - only the lucky few shows we get it paid for.

Might be worth contacting a local school/s if they want to get in on it??

The problem up there is that it's public land and insecure. The availability of funds was a sweetener.
