EARN - £150/day.....!

Hello,

Good to speak with you on the phone just now. Here as promised are the details:

We are seeking:

4 x men, for one day's shoot on the Friday the 15th of November down in Somerset. They will be of the 52nd (airborne) Ox and Bucks Light Infantry (D Company, 25 Platoon)  for Pegasus Bridge / one of which will be the pilot as well as in the Glider.

We will have a section of Horsa Glider built in a studio near Glastonbury, Somerset. The reconstruction will be all close ups of eyes, hands, boots - as the glider 'crashes' - so they must be prepared to move quite a lot and pretend to be in a crashing glider! The men who they will be forming the reconstruction of this scene are:

Maj. Howard
Lt. Brotheridge
S/Sgt. Wallwork
Pte. Bill Gray
Pte. Wally Parr - all in the early 20s except Howard - who was in his early 30s.

I have attached a page which has archive photos of the 5 men whose testimony we hear in voice over as they tell us of their experience of the raid at Pegasus Bridge - we'd love to get as close as we can looks-wise, though we realise this may not be possible.

If anyone happens to have the correct costume / decommissioned weapons they are welcome to bring them - just need to liase with me on this. We will cover their travel to and from (with receipts) and can pay £150 per day per person. We will also give them dinner and accommodation on the Thursday night and breakfast and lunch on the Friday.

The scene will hopefully be part of a 6 part series for National Geographic Channel and the Military Channel called The Raid - each episode looks at a different incredible Raid of WW2.

I am happy to send on more details of the reconstruction filming we will be doing if you'd like.

Look forward to hearing from you, feel free to give me a call anytime on 07789 232 705 if thats easier. Thank you,

Kind regards,

Liberty
