Dear The Event Coordinator for The World War 2 Re-Enactment South West Group
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing on behalf of 4 Kingdoms Adventure Farm and our upcoming Royal British Legion Charity Event taking place on the 10th and 11th June. This is an event that we have been organizing for the past 6 years and it's a proud tradition for us to continue our support for the Royal British Legion.
We are reaching out to various reenactment groups, including The World War 2 Re-Enactment South West Group to see if you would be able to come out and support us in creating a truly memorable and enjoyable experience for the 1000 service personnel and their families who will be in attendance.
Our aim is to provide veterans with opportunities for connection, support, and advice alongside a completely free and enjoyable day out; and we believe that your participation would greatly contribute to the success of the event. With a lineup of fantastic groups supporting us this year, including the 501st Stormtroopers, the RAF Battle of Britain display team, The Wolves of Midgard Vikings, The Grey Goose Association Knights and archery group, the Royal British Legion Bikers and March Band, the Scout Association is bringing their axe throwing and more; your presence would truly make a difference in the lives of our veterans and their families.
As a token of appreciation, all volunteers will receive free entry to 4 Kingdoms Adventure Farm and will be provided with refreshments, food, and drinks throughout the day. If you'd like to bring your family for a visit, just let us know and we'll be happy to arrange tickets for you.
In terms of support, if you need help with fuel for your vehicles, we would be happy to see if we can assist with that as well. If you’d like to camp at 4 Kingdoms over the weekend we can also facilitate this.
I truly hope you'll consider joining us in supporting the Royal British Legion and our efforts to create a special day for veterans and their families. I look forward to hearing back from you and the opportunity to work together.
