Covid 19 cancel - WWII themed evening concert

Its a free event, we have a bar and will have donation pots as its an event put on for the community. On the Saturday

 we have a full day of entertainment. Lots of differents things and a sports event where teams pay to enter and thats where we raise more money. But its mainly us putting something special on for the community :  )

10-1-20 : We spoke a few months back in reference to having people attend our FunDay evening on Friday 24th July 2020 with war memorabilia such as vehicles clothing tents etc. We have had a meeting and it was discussed about possible camping for those who wished to stay over and show their things during the day on the Saturday also. The camping side was ok'd with those who did understanding that we are a licensed event, more so in reference to the alcohol drinks side of the event, where people wouldn't be permitted to bring their own.

I do not have access to an advert or event on facebook for this yet, but am awaiting the person who does that sife of things to put one together. Is this something you feel those in your group would be interested in?
